At Beacon Remodeling & Renovation, we bring over 20 years of construction experience to every project—built on trust, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Founded by husband-and-wife team Belarmino “Flavio” Ramirez and Sondra Ramirez, Beacon Remodeling & Renovation was built on a commitment to providing homeowners with honest, dependable service and quality workmanship while creating a strong future for our family.
Before starting Beacon Remodeling & Renovation, Flavio gained experience working with several construction companies before advancing to a foreman position in the roofing industry. Through years of hands-on work, he developed extensive knowledge in roofing, siding, painting, and residential improvement projects. His leadership experience, attention to detail, and dedication to quality craftsmanship help ensure every project is completed with care and professionalism.
Sondra Ramirez oversees the administrative and customer service side of the business, managing communication, scheduling, and day-to-day operations as the company continues to grow. Together, Flavio and Sondra are building a company rooted in reliability, strong communication, and creating a positive experience for every homeowner they serve.
